- We golf Lapeer Country Club often and love the course. Service is great also. Beautiful banquet facilities.My home course for a number of years and they keep upgrading it each year. Adding trees, sand traps (sand in the existing sand traps). Kind of loud on the front nine (next to I-69). Back nine (original nine) hilly with lots of mature trees. I've never taken anyone there who hasn't enjoyed themselves.
