VERY PLAYABLE. I PLAY ALL OVER THE STATE AND I WILL SAY, IT'S NICE TO COME HOME TO GRANDVIEWJust of the beaten path. Great course to stop in when you are headed Up North. Grandview is a hidden gem and may have the best greens in northern Michigan.Very well maintained fairways. Greens are Great.
Looks tough with all the blind shots but once you have played the course, the 2cnd, third and fourth get even better. I am fortunate enough to live in the area and proud to say I've found a new home course.
Try it You WILL like it.I gave Grandview a perfect rating because that is what it is....perfect. Grandview offers an awesome golf layout with many undulations for a great price. Grandview is a very playable course and the greens are always in excellent shape. The greens roll true and have a certain grain to them that makes the golfer truly need to read the putt. Three friends and myself take a summer three day golf trip to Shanty Creek each summer and we stop to play Grandview as our 1st round every year on our drive up.Great golf course, went there with the wife and 4 year old son on vacation. The people there were very nice, they even offered free clubs for my son (he didn't need them, he only putted) Very well kept fairways and greens. The holes were freshly cut and sharp. Will have my business in the future.
