- In Aug of 2013, played the 18 holes on the north side of the road. It was like a lot of "UP North" courses, kind of rough around the edges. The layout and design were good, though a few holes were ridiculously tight. I guess I liked the design best, especially #9 and #18.There didn't seem to be much difference between the turf in the rough and on the "fairways", except the fairways were cut shorter. Greens and bunkers were surprisingly good quality, but some tee boxes were pretty shaky. The price is crazy low at $22. I don't know if they aspire to be a "high-end" course, but with some upgraded turf, this place sure has a lot of potential.
