The Lakes Golf Course offers a unique layout that offers six links holes, six holes that wind through forests and across ski slopes, and six that play along Lake Michaywe. The course offers unrivaled scenery and memorable views. It has a diverse landscape and layout that will appeal to a variety of different tastes and skill levels. There are interesting elevation changes as well as tall trees lining the fairways. The abundance of trees makes the golf course especially scenic when the seasons change but they also provide a hefty amount of the course's difficulty. The Lakes' front nine is narrow and wooded while the back nine is characterized by water thanks to the expansive, sparkling lake. It offers a challenging but fair test that any skill level can enjoy.
