Loon Golf Resort - The Ridge Course

The Ridge Course (formerly known as Marsh Ridge G.C.) sprawls across rolling hills and acres of carefully preserved marshlands. The towering trees and dramatic elevation changes distinguish the golf course as one of the area's best and most scenic. The course is especially beautiful in the fall because of the trees and in the winter, it becomes a skiing and sledding destination. The layout features strategically placed bunkers along undulating greens and beautiful water features that come into play on several holes. It offers a fair challenge but it is forgiving enough to accommodate most skill levels. The golf course finishes with one of its trickiest holes, an extremely uphill par 3 with a fairway, wildly sloped right to left, leading to a green that sits above water. With a good tee shot though, it is possible to reach the green in two.
