Fairways and greens are plush and very well-maintained. The layout is challenging with sand traps, water hazards, etc.

Always in great shape. Can be challenging for the average golfer especially if the wind is blowing, but fair. The layout allows players to keep moving (unlike Rackham for instance), greens roll true. Very pleasant and geographically different from the other SF course at Beechwoods, which is also nice but with mature trees and tighter fairways.

Evergreen Hills is very well maintained and challenging 9 hole golf course. Tees, fairways, and greens are always in great shape, better than a lot more expensive private and 18 hole courses.
