- Played this course Oct of 2011, the weather wasn't the greatest but the course was great considering the conditions. Looking forward to playing it again in May of this year.If you are looking for a great course that will challenge any good-intermediate and above golfer, this is it! Water, sand, woods, hidden fairways elevated tee boxes to island like greens cover this gem and keep the interest level high throughout your game.
Sunday was my fifth time this year, and we liked it so much we booked a second tee time to make it an even 36 for the day.
We (SE Michigan)went 62 days this Summer without any measureable rain, but Rattle Run is still very green and the fairways are in great shape.
Jeff behind the desk was friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a first rate clubhouse.4.5I have golfed Rattle Run 5 times in the last month & find it very challenging & in great shape.For all those who have stayed away recently worried about the terrible conditions they are truly wrong.The course is in great shape & as a senior a great bang for my dollar.
