The course condition is better than it was 10 years ago but still could use some work. It’s a local course in general not really worth any long drive. As it is, the course is not easy overall. It has many challenging holes and some very small greens. Many golfers play here and think it’s going to be easy. Then after they play, their scorecard is much higher than usual. Food at restaurant is typical diner or mom and pop fair.

I saw a posting about this place and the restaurant wait staff "not wearing their masks" and I have to write this to refute that post. If those people are so scared and appalled by someone not wearing a mask, then their sense of "good judgement" is clearly OFF! I have been to this course and this restaurant many many times in the past couple years and they have ALWAYS been pleasant and professional. Clearly these uptight idiots just want to complain about someone not conforming to the "face diaper" that the communist governor has tried to force on the public. Thank god the waitstaff has enough brains to realize that a simple piece of cloth across your mouth is not going to make one bit of difference when it comes to your immune system dealing with a virus that is, by the way, 99.9% likely you will survive if you get it. You literally have a better chance of getting hit by lightning on the golf course, than you do from passing away from this virus!

golf course was nice...but today when we stopped for Sunday dinner? the waitresses...three of them, masks off...wrapping the silverware in napkins...and coughing and rubbing their faces...licking their fingers now and then....was gross...
we are in a virus situation....these three were maskless...masks around their necks..but using bare hands to wrap the silverware?
two other working gals had their noses exposed...masks not wore correctly....surely you have a management staff!?
    we couldnt wait to leave

sad part is? we eat their regularly...the food is delicious, but the thought of getting sick? I thought it would be best to inform you...please fix this...we LOVE this restaurant

thank you...and no name tags on the girls so no way to identify them...all three were shoulder length brunettes

Not in great shape, but plenty of challenge for a 6,000 yard course. Pleasantly surprised!!
