Willow Wood Golf Club
12227 Sandborn RdLocated just three miles south of downtown Portland, Willow Wood Golf Club sprawls across acres of rolling countryside laced with meandering creeks and ribbons of mature woodlands. The naturally hilly terrain lent itself perfectly to a challenging championship course. Golfers will encounter a range of ups and downs but the golf course is a manageable 6,200 yards from the back tees. It's a layout that will keep you on your toes but it's not overly punishing for the high handicapper. The course will test your skills, requiring creative shot making throughout. Each hole requires a different strategy and presents risk-reward opportunities, you're guaranteed to use every club in your bag. One of Willow Wood Golf Club's most memorable holes is the par-3 eighth. It has a sloped green with bunkers on the left, but a birdie might be a possibility if the wind is on your side.
