- I have been a resident of Portland for many years and have golfed this course on several occasions and was always a nice course, but I was just there and this was the worst I have seen it. The club house needs to be totally gutted and redone, everything is worn and outdated. The greens were aweful, they had brown bare spots all over them, terrible to golf on. I would not recommend this course to anyone until some work gets done to make it a nice course like it use to be.
