Once was a great course but over last 3 years has really went downhill. Fairway grass is mowed 1/2 inch taller than normal. And if your not in the fairway then expect 4 inch grass or taller. Damn shame to see such a nice course go straight to hell. Dont even try to hit out of what they call sand traps, rocks buried throughout. Cut the grass already.

This course was a nice country club at one time. However, ownership has changed multiple times in the last 10 years, and the attention to keeping the course nice has gone down the drain! Greens are slow and rough, sand traps look more like gravel pits, management is incompetent and knows little to nothing about course upkeep. Would not recommend it until someone with some professionalism is in charge. Nice layout but worst condition of any course in BC.

Fair course for the money. Great layout with lots of elevation changes. Condition is only fair. Fairways are long and weedy. Greens are incredibly slow even for sloppy greens.

After reading that 1 star rating I was alittle nervous
    About golfing there . I golf a lot .
WOW . What fun it was to play here . The Staff was great ,as for the course , the layout is Great .
You can tell the hot weather was hard on some of the holes . But didn't really effect play . All in all a great experience . We played on a Friday morning .

I use to play this coarse when it was a nice track and the people knew the game and respected each other..... But if you have a cut off TShirt and a radio this is the place to be.... No rules and they love white trash.... It's there best seller.... Such a shame to see a coarse that once was tournament ready go to the Walmart of the golfing area.... And if you question my opinion I've played the coarse over 100 times and my name is Greg Bona and my # is 269-317-0766.....

I love this course... Bucolic and challenging, Marywood is a beautifully designed, beautifully maintained, traditional course that feels as if it is off the beaten path but is, in fact, very accessible. The green fees are extremely affordable, especially if you're a "senior" -- 55 or older. Note: The fees include a cart! This course shows pride of ownership. You'll not find a better course for the money.
