Southwest Michigan Transportation

No major airport services the western part of the state. Lansing's Capital City airport is a convenient option but has far fewer flights than Detroit Metro, which is about an hour east of most southwest Michigan destinations on I-94. I-69 runs from Indiana into the southwest part of the state and goes northeast up to Lansing. From Chicago or other western states, take I-65 to I-94.
