The fairways are usually cut quite good, and the greens are in very good condition. Though shorter, this is by no means an easy par course. In fact, the par 3 fourth hole ranks as one of the most difficult par 3's I have ever experienced. Narrow fairway with dense woods on both sides, large pond right in front of the green, and a cup placement close to the front of the green, not far from the edge of the pond, equates to a very formidable challenge. The pond, or dense woods in back of the small green, have gobbled up many of my balls.
The ninth hole is a challenge for those who have a proclivity to slice, as it bends upward to the left. All in all, I highly recommend this course.
