Paul Beaupre was a great guy and good owner and great to his customers. When he passed - the community and customers of plumbrook will forever be at a loss. I wish his son had more of his fathers qualities. Unfortunately no matter how much i love the place - you can tell the magic is gone as soon as you walk in. My fear is that the place will be sold or close - With little regard for the history or customers that have supported the staff and family for so long.

Some obvious moron two comments ago said consider playing Maple Lanes. Do that if you want hit off dirt fairways and an all around shit course.( at least there is no goose shit to walk around , yea right). Plumbrook on the other hand let's see....tee boxes always in good shape, fairways actually have grass and the greens are always true. They are cut short as they should be. If you can find a better public course for the money do tell. I find it funny, I play a lot, and three times now I have been paired with a kid who works at Maple Lane, I asked him why doesn't he play there? He just shrugs. Guess that tells it all.

Played twilight last weekend and no issues, matter of fact bunkers looked great nice new sand, greens were slower but fine, no way you can beat $20 after 3 pm all you can play. Great local value course for a quick 9 or 18 plus. Great for newer golfers as not to tricky.

Poor ownership and management. Selfish and only care about making money. They claim no portion of the course is sold or will ever be sold, but we continue to hear rumors about the course being sold to a commercial developer. Carts all have steering and brake issues. Not enough pull carts available. Greens and traps are ok, but overall course needs about 10 truck loads of fill dirt to fix bumps, holes, etc. Weekday rates seem a little steep for the conditions. Consider playing Maple Lane (better greens and customer service) before this course!

I love Plum Brook Golf Club. The staff is always nice to me and my fellow golfers. The course is always in great shape! Actually, for the amount of play Plum Brook gets, which is a lot, they do a remarkable job keeping the course in great condition! I tip my hat to Plum Brook and their staff. It's not easy to make ~200 people a day happy, but they do their best and that's all you can ask for. Thanks again Plum Brook! All the best, Mike

The course is in maybe the best condition its ever been in...Used to play there years ago but the staff was so crabby we quit going. Returned this past Sunday..The staff even worse then in the past! Crabby, Grumpy, even the bar maid looked away so she could keep chatting...If I hadn't already had a groupgolfer ... i would have walked out,,NEVER AGAIN

The rates on this site are wrong. Plum Brook is considerably less than $49.00/$55.00. Their rates are very competitive, and I'll take their greens and fairways over all the other courses in the surrounding area. Great course !

Always enjoy playing this course. They have some weather related problems with the greens, but still enjoyable. Had a great lunch after!

We went to Plumbrook Golf Course today (7-12-13) for an 18-hole round of golf. At the turn we went into the clubhouse for a beer. All was well until the bartender found out we were at the turn and told us rudely, "You can't sit in the bar if your at the turn. You have to go out on the course! Otherwise you'll lose your place". Then he proceeded to pour our drinks into plastic cups. It's not his business if we lose our place. My wife is diabetic and needs to eat regularly. He told us we can't have anything to eat unless we ordered it ahead. This was extremely rude! We golf at least once a week, sometimes two or three times, and at different courses most every time. This was our third time at Plumbrook this season, but it will definitely be the last! There was no need to speak to us in that manner. Perhaps the bartender could use a little training!
