- A hidden gem in Michigan. The Royal is an awesome course that is impeccably maintained and afforably. Lots of wildlife, especially deer that add to the beauty of the surroundings. When you are done, the Royal Grill is a great place to enjoy a great meal at a great price. Keep up the Great Work - Dennis, Dan and Carly!Tight fairways with adjacent private properties and extensive out of bounds lines will challenge those uncomfortable with the driver on the tee box. Beautiful course design yet lacking in topographical changes. Well maintained and a nice track for the priceAwsome golf course. Couldn't have expected any thing better for the price.
