- I just found out that this little 9 hole hidden gem is closed. I have been playing golf for 40 years and most likely have played more rounds at Glenn shores than any other course and I have never lived in the area. I was just planning to have a family reunion golf outting at GS which would now include my 6 grown children, most of which have never played there and was unfortunately disappointed. Five loops (45 holes) was my, and Uncle Jim's best day I believe, and the only time I ever broke 80 on another family outting. Lots of great memories. Would love to play one more time.
