Course overall is not bad, except for the people who run the place. The lady who works there was respectful towards us, but not older bald guy who maintains the course. Not only did he yell at us from his balcony, he continued by flipping us off for something that wasn't that big of a deal. Very disrespectful and I don't know how they ever expect to maintain customers or make money.

I got the same treatment from the owner. Just bad people. I was attacked for taking to many swings at my ball in a sand pit. When my husband came over to tell the man to calm down that I was new to the game and there was no need for yelling or getting in my face, the man turned on him and said "your woman is tearing up my sand pit, are you going to pay for it?" My husband said "what the hell are you talking about? Its a sand pit" and then as we left the owner yelled at us all the way to the parking lot. My husband (not a violent man) had to turn around and shove the man back and tell him to leave us alone. The owner then said he was getting his gun and went back. We were already in the parking lot leaving by then. His wife was at the door yelling at us too the whole time we were walking to the parking lot chased by her husband. my hands are still shaking just thinking of it and that was over 5 months ago. Stay away from this place, evil people there.

Last night Tuesday 10/13/15 the owner of Twin Pines went out onto the course and verbally attacked and degraded abusively a disabled vet... in front of his wife and 7 year old daughter... all because he missed the swing and put a large divitt in te green... He berated this honorable vet so bad he walked off the course (while being harrssed all the way to his truck by the owner) and he turnd around and told this vet's wife & 7 yr old to get the F**k off his course...This vet was under treatment for PTSD and was so shaken by this episode he had to call the support ssuicide hotline that night.. No custoemr should ever be treated like this...
AND no wounded vet should ever be dishonored like this... Ever... What is going on at Twin Oaks?

The course was ok but the owners were awful. They yelled at me and my partner and said we were taking advantage of them by taking too long to finish. I will not be going back. Very uncomfortable situation.

This course is poorly maintained. If that was the only problem I wouldn't feel compelled to wright a bad review. Me and my wife are new to the game, being a small course we thought it would be a good one for us. First are cart died (we saw two more abandoned carts on the course as well) that's not that big of a deal. If it wasn't for my wife's bad back we would have just walked the rest. I'll just walk back tell the owner and get a new one. Well I didn't even have to do that. He was coming out to us in a UTV. I think "great, he must be making rounds or something. I'll let him know about the cart and we can finish our game". I was wrong. First he tells us we have been out hear to long. I've never heard of a time limit on a game of golf. We knew we weren't that good so we would wait when someone was behind us and let them play through. When I told him that he called me a lier and even with room in that big UTV of his, he made us walk back. I will never go there again.
