Salt River Golf Course

i enjoied playing the course, what i didn't like was the fact that i could have played it for the same price $20 without golfnow there is a price increse if you pay the $1.99 service charge

Played Monday 1pm.
With Golf Now, less than a dollar per hole with cart... are you kidding me!! Very enjoyable.
Course has standing water in some locations that hampered play.
Will definitely golf there again.

Overall, this course is good, however, the cart paths are in very bad condition and should be repaired if they are to continue to charge the prices they do. They had a call-in and this made the worker extremely crabby.

Great course for the money. We had a great day with great friends.

with all the rain last two weeks course was dryer than expected

Thoroughly enjoyed playing this course. With the exception of the fish flies that littered the tall grass I would play here again.

This course has good greens, it helps you to figuare out how much power you need to hit the ball when getting over the water. The people there are very nice, and It was a beautiful day out there to golf and have some fun.

The course shape was poor. Dead patches everywhere, piles of branches, greens were dead in spots, ant hills on greens. Cart paths were undriveable in spots.

Bring lots of cheap balls, rough was high, tons of dandelions and weeds, going to loose balls.

Salt River has a good variety of holes and moderate requirement of shot making ability with Par 3's ranging from 135 to 215, and some truly unreachable par 5's. The Salt River comes into play on the front 9 six times but only twice on the back, although there are other water hazards to deal with. Overall the course is a nice bargain and walking is always an option for us penny pinchers.

Long grass, not very well maintained, only $18 so you cant expect much

it's a challenging coarse with some very hard greens to put

Only complaint was rangers allowed group of six had to skip over and come back to play missed hole. Not cool guys, split up into 2 threesomes next time!

#4 hole don't go long. allin all fun to play. Dogleg's water and tree's. the Salt river pop's up unexpectedly on some hole's.

This course has ALOT of doglegs. Wear a helmet because its also a shooting gallery. We waited on every hole until i finally asked to pass the 4some ahead of us if we could pass through. Greens were in better shape then i thought they would be in. We paid like $20 for the round. I was not disappointed by paying that much.
