Learned to play here in the mid-1970s when this course demand well-place tee shots, approaches with heavily tree-lined fairways.
Greens were always well maintained and rolled true. Fairly quick.. A challenge for young and old alike and highly recommended.
All those trees taught me the value of a straight tee shot. I won about 4 tournaments here, and my brother holed out 2 eagles from fairway on par-4s.
This course brings back all the great memories. Play here, and you'll have memories too.
