Go there and offer the guy $2 to golf. If he accepts it, you got ripped off.

Course hasn't been watered this year. NO grass on the greens (browns)

Not worth a drive across the street.

Let me start by saying, I play cheap golf. My standards for courses are extremely low. I have played at Summergreen for the past several years, and although it was probably the worst course in the area, it was still fun and worth the $5 (with a coupon). This year however, the course is literally 10 times worse than it was in years past. The greens are dried up, solid brown and have huge cracks in them. About 3 of the greens actually have a little bit of grass on them (crab grass, on literally about 15% of the green, the rest is dried up with large cracks). The tee boxes and fairways aren't much better. Honestly, not worth the $4.50 that it cost with a Groupon.
