It is the perfect place to hone your short game. The longest hole is 160, so your driver stays in your bag, but there is water in play on 7 of the nine holes.

Depending on the day you can play for between 7 and 14 dollars. If you choose to go back around it only cost 5.

Greens could be in a little bit better shape, but I am playing it at the end of the year as well.
