Waterloo Golf Course is situated at the center of the 20,000-acre Waterloo Recreation Area. The scenic location is naturally conducive to a round of golf. The course is routed through stands of mature trees, making it an especially beautiful course to play in the fall. The golf course shares the landscape with an abundance of wildlife, which may join you during your round. The course tumbles across gently rolling hills that provide a variety of elevation changes ranging from subtle to dramatic. Be prepared to tackle several uneven lies and a few blind shots as well. Trees lining the fairways also demand accuracy. There are some challenging holes but overall the golf course is player friendly enough for a wide range of skill levels.
