Bay County Golf Course in Hampton Township has garnered a popular following among locals since it first opened in 1973, and serves as the home course to three of the area's high school golf teams. It has also received numerous accolades over the years including being ranked as a best "Place to Play" by Golf Digest and "Best Value" by AAA Magazine. There's no doubt that Bay County Golf Course is one of the county's best rounds. One of the reasons it's so popular is the diverse layout, which seems to thrust a different challenge at you every time you play it. There are definitely some holes that will make you think and the large, subtly contoured greens will challenge even the best golfers. Bay County G.C. is a tough but fair test for players of all skill levels.
