- I was and am always very pleased with the golf course and the staff that has helped us check in etc. however, we had happened to golf tonight in front of a couple of younger kids who had assumed we were damaging and treating the golf course very poorly, they were golfing WHILE we were in the fare way AND yelling at us one happening to be the owners son. the father and who i am assuming is the owner of the golf course very calming approached us we gave an honest answer and everything was settled. We left earlier than we wanted to but we were not at all happy. as we were pulling out the young kids were waving, FLIPPING US OFF, and “blowing kisses” AFTER telling their father that they didn’t say anything inappropriate to us. i will NOT be going back.Wonderful family owned and run course. Service cheerful and welcoming.

Not an easy track and slopes abound !
Fairways little weedy and bare spots but overall playable and greens well maintained. I’ve played it dozens of times and always enjoy it.2nd review as I did not include a rating on my initial review. There are some dry spots in the course, but it's natural. Overall very enjoyable.Enjoyable course. Challenging but not punishing due to plenty of open space. Nice views of Lake from a number of holes. Overall a really fun 9-hole track with a neat little clubhouse and very nice staff. Would definitely recommend.Unique and beautiful 9 holes is a must play anytime you are in town. The views of Lake Charlevoix are stunning. Some of the grass and carts need updating but that is easily overlooked with it's pure fun and beauty.I think Turd got it right. It's a beautiful, challenging course where fun is only exceeded by the fine cuisine on the 10th hole.This is hands down the coolest and most beautiful nine hole golf course I have ever played! We visit every year and the staff is so inviting and accommodating to our group. The course have an incredible layout with breath taking views. It has a little something for everyone and challenges the best of players ( or in my case the not so great players ). The course layout takes you on every journey a golf course should take you on and more. Long par fives, par threes that go through the woods, blind doglegs, and if you are a risk taker some long down hill par fours that you can run up on;) Small town charm, with big playability for all! A must try!Friendly staff always accommodates us when we bring our big groups. Best nine hole course in Michigan! Greens are fast and challenging. Don't be above the hole. Classic design with terrific views.Course is a fun 9 hole little track, we had a fun day and nice views. Little pricey for a 9 hole courseThis is a golf course where you should rent a motorized golf cart because it is mostly going uphill. This course is a great test for your stamina if you decide to push or pull one of their 3 wheeled carts. Don't forget to put the brakes on WHATEVER type of cart you use because it WILL roll downhill. It will cost an additional $3.25 each way for the ferry to carry your car across the water to get to this course. All in all,it was fun and you should try it out.Message to John G Reider about pointless note above. She has better things to worry about then keeping up with what you might maintain as "taboo" or her pants fitting her they way you would like them to.Thank you for taking the time out of your day to shame an individual who has a fuller figure.

Body parts are body parts! They are not evil, they are functional, and they deserve to be regarded with respect.
If you are viewing women as an object when they are baring skin, or because their clothing is tight - Maybe it is time you consciously work on moving past that view. Instead of trying to tell others what to wear in order to make you feel more comfortable.
On a side note - I love golfing here!Was greeted at car with smiles and warm welcome. Loaded and delivered cart to door of club house clean and ready for golf.
Tee times were spaced for quick play inspite of coarse being full. Coarse is in perfect condition and greens are true and well groomed as is all the coarse.
Kitchen staff was very vibrant and cheerful making my lie lunch a delight burger was graet and prices are very reasonable.
My first visit was such a delight I will be back and bring my friends and family..oh did I mention this is a family coarse. There were young people on coarse learning the game from mom and dad.
