We are having our 8th annual golf outing there. Love the course. Always pleasant and accommodating. Bunkers Bar is new to us this year and they have been very easy to work with. Beth in the half way house is awesome. Thank you Beth.
Looking forward to a great event in September as always. Thank you staff.

I live across the road at the 13th green and the course is in better condition then most courses I play around the area. I have played country clubs with 1,000 initiation fees that have multiple temporary greens. Springfield oaks always has people working on the course. The sand trap are perfect the greens are great and you NEVER find yourself looking for your ball in 4 1/2 inch ruff! Like many courses. Take my word from someone who sees the course everyday!

After playing 35 rounds at 14 coarses this year,
I have never seen a more unfriendly coarse.
The starter will Bitch you out if you look at him wrong, and you will see a ranger at every hole watching you, maybe too many county employees.
Without a practice/warmup range I don't think this coarse will be on next years list.

My wife and I were golfing 9 holes and basically shooting bogey golf, on the 7th hole the starter came out and asked us to pick up the pace, there was no groups behind us, and we were on pace to finish 9 holes in under 2 hrs. But it was obvious he just wanted to go home. We had been golfing this course 2 to 3 times a week, but after being treated this way I politely let them know that we will not be spending any more of my hard earned money at their establishment anytime soon. I am really glad these people who want free golf by getting a job at a golf course are allowed to ruin the fun of people who actually pay money to do so. If we had been taking 10 or 12 strokes apiece per hole I could understand this. He let us know that we were the last people on the course, (I guess that's because we were,) I sincerely hope that he made it home in time to enjoy his 4th of july like we were trying to do.
