Great Course
I always enjoy playing Yarrow. It's challenging but a fair test. At my skill level, some par 4s are a bit long to reach in regulation, but the par 3s and 5s are all fine. The course is always in great shape. Looking forward to playing there again soon.
Nice place for a round of golf.
Played this course in the afternoon after heavy rain in the morning. Morning tee times were pushed into the afternoon so it was pretty slow playing that day. The course was in very good condition, the fairways are generous, but with lots of bunkers. Many holes have substantial elevation changes so that coupled with undulating greens makes the course a challenge for someone playing it for the first time. I would definitely play the course again with hopes of improving on my six three putts.
Great despite rain
Great pace most of the way. Amazing how well the course drained off after we had a 30min on course rain delay. Great shape and well maintained.
Would recommend it as a must play!
Slow
Would not play this course on a weekend again. Pace of play is not good and not monitored.
Great Time!
This was my first experience with Golf Now and it went extremely well. Took my 16 and 18 year old grandsons and they enjoyed it very much. Lost some balls and found some balls. The course is in beautiful shape. No waiting or anyone pushing us. It was later in the day.
Fun course to play
This course has many holes with risk reward shots. Lots of elevation changes were you must watch which side of the fairway you need to be on. Makes you think.
This course has has great views
Beautiful course with scenic views and very challenging greens, rough is thick, so you need to stay in the short grass.
Yar"no"
I've played it a half dozen times. I heard "no" more than the times I've played the course. For a resort course I should get treated better. The makeshift check in/drink shack was hokey. I waited on every tee box for a foursome two groups ahead. Lots of Rangers but poor course management. They have routed everyone away from their beautiful clubhouse and through a chabby cubicle. Bummer since Thornapple, Milham, The Ravines, and The Medalist are are just as close to KZOI.
Beautiful course
As always, Yarrow is a stunning course...challenging, well maintained, every hole is beautiful. To play this course for under $25 (with cart) is unbelievable!!! I did have to ask who picked the pin placement on 18...a par 4, I was on in 2 and 4 putted as the pin was about 1 foot from a cliff!!!
great course
0ne of the top coures in the area...if you like golf you will love this course
Good course, needs better maintenance on greens
I love this course but having played Gull Lake view and Stonehenge this course was 3rd on my list. It's more expensive that the other 2 and the greens were just beat up. I like the course and staff but nothing is more frustrating than lining up a putt and having to account for divots that haven't been fixed either by golfers or greens crews.
SENIC!
Great shape and vary playable for all skill levels.
A premier course
Great staff....great course.....great fun....BEST VALUE!
Many features to see
Sand bunkers are terrible with many stones and rocks to contend with, do not like their bunkers. Others feel the same way...
Nice Course
Nice course, lots of divits, no sand to fill in the holes on the fairway or tees, nice staff, need a Marshall on the course, was hit into twice by the twosome behind me while waiting for the foursome in front to get off the green
Great time
Highly recommend to everyone. Well worth your money anytime of year.
need a ranger-extremely slow play
Like the coiurse, but the lack of attention to keeping play moving is very frustrating.
Great course, rude starter, 2 1/2 hour for food
Starter had a major case of rude, grumpy, and totally unfriendly.
Had dinner there and there was one sixteen year old preparing meals for at least 40 people. From order to delivery of food 2 1/2 hours. Absolutely crazy.
Beautiful!
Love this course, hadn't played it in a few years because it's over an hour drive from home. Well worth it! Staff is EXCELLENT!
Perfection
Best course I've played in Michigan to date. Staff is incredibly friendly.
